"Recently left this place. Had constant problems with them getting our insurance coverage messed up. Latest incident we called to address it and were hung up on and then they wouldn't answer when we tried to call. Absolutely will not do business with. The New office in Jackson fixed issue immediately."

"I have been with State Farm for a long time now. I had a great agent who passed away and I chose to transfer my policies to Trinesha's office. The level of care that all of the employees at her office give is beyond measure. They go above and beyond for all of their customers. Our family had a house fire and we lost everything. Not only was my claim handled professionally, I have to give a huge shout out to Trisha for how she helped me through all of it step by step. Whenever I have a question about any of my policies, Stephanie, Bryce, and Veronica are so helpful and quick to answer my questions. "Stopped in and saw Sean. Showed him my current car and home insurance policy through a rival agency in Grand Ledge where I used to live. Told him I liked working with a local firm and I was looking in Mason. He chatted with me for a while, got the specifics of what I was looking for, and explained my options which all gave a good feeling about this agency. He sent me a quote the next day and I went back and discussed it with him. The end result was slightly better coverage and better price. I switched my insurance to them."

"I’ve been insured with this office for a couple of years. When I first signed up, everything was great. They were very responsive, got me a good rate, and I was content with my policy. But recently I needed their help with a loan process, and that’s when everything fell apart. When my credit union (CU) asked to be listed on my policy, I called to request an updated declarations page. At first, they seemed responsive, but the document never came. I called back the next day, spoke to a different person, and was told there must have been an issue with the email they sent. I explained my CU was waiting for the updated document, and eventually I did receive it. Then my CU needed an additional adjustment. I called again, and a different agent was polite but didn’t listen to what I actually needed. They just re-sent my current declarations page with no changes. So I called right back and spoke with the same person who had originally helped me add my CU. She updated my policy, gave me my new rate, and told me I would receive the updated declarations page by the end of the day. That was on a Friday. Nothing came. Since Monday was a holiday, I called back Tuesday morning. I was told again there must have been an issue with the email, but when they looked in my account, they could see the change had been made and was sitting with underwriting. They even confirmed the agent could manually change it and send it to me, but instead I got no follow-up at all. No email, no call, no updated page. It’s now been a week from the first time I called to add my CU until now, when this should have been a simple fix. I’ve never needed them to do much before, but this experience has been extremely disappointing: unresponsive, unreliable, and uncaring. My loan is now on hold while I wait, and I still don’t have the updated declarations page. Calling again feels like a waste of time because nothing gets done. Customer service is everything, and when you can’t get a simple document after multiple calls, it says a lot about how little they value their customers. Maybe it’s time to start looking at other options."
